1. The game
Road to Zenith ("the Game") is a free-to-play arcade game distributed on Google Play. By installing or playing you agree to these Terms, Google Play's terms, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
Some features (worldwide ranking, The Vault, Trade Hub) require registration (display name + e-mail) and, for purchases, a Google Sign-In account. You must give accurate information and keep your account secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, cheating, or policy violations.
3. Virtual items
3.1 Licence, not property. Limited-edition orbs, free orbs, High Jumps and Trade Tickets ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you for use inside the Game on your account. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence (except transfers performed by the Game's own Release and Trade Hub features).
3.2 No cash value. Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money or credit, cannot be withdrawn, sold for cash, or used as currency. They are not investments or financial products.
3.3 Limited editions. Each premium design has a fixed number of global editions (between one and eight, shown on the design's page). Ownership of an edition is recorded on our servers, which are authoritative. We will not create additional editions of a design.
3.4 Two premium orbs. An account may hold at most two premium editions at a time.
3.5 Release to market. You may release a premium edition at any time. Releasing is permanent, gives you no money or credit, and makes the edition available for purchase by other players from us.
3.6 Trading. The Trade Hub lets two players exchange one premium edition for one premium edition. No money is exchanged between players; each participant uses one Trade Ticket when the exchange completes. We may cancel trades that violate these Terms or that involve fraud, refunds or chargebacks.
3.7 Changes. We may rebalance, modify or retire Virtual Items and features. Cosmetic items will remain usable while the Game is operated; if the Game shuts down, Virtual Items end with it.
4. Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play Billing at the price shown before confirmation. Prices are in AUD or your local equivalent. Consumables (High Jumps, Trade Tickets) are consumed when used. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law; see our Purchase Disclosures for refunds.
Orb purchases and swaps are for in-game collection only and have no cash, investment, resale, or withdrawal value.
5. Fair play
You must not use modified clients, bots, exploits, fake receipts, or multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards, trades or leaderboards. We may remove scores, items, rewards and accounts involved in abuse.
6. Social features
Display names must not be offensive or impersonate others. Trade requests contain no free text. You can block and report other players. We never share your e-mail with other players.
7. Intellectual property
The Game, its art, catalogue of 400 orb designs, names, sounds and code are owned by the Operator or its licensors.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law the Game is provided "as is". Our liability for non-excludable guarantees is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections 3, 7 and 8 survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

In-app purchase disclosures (The Vault)
What you are buying
- Limited-edition orbs are digital cosmetic collectibles. Buying one grants a licence to use that specific edition (for example Void Heart, Edition #3 of 5) inside Road to Zenith on your game account. Only the fixed run of licences of each design exists worldwide; the game never creates one more.
- An orb changes how your orb looks and sounds (shell, core, trail, aura, effects). It never changes speed, jump height, collision size, lives, score multipliers or any other gameplay statistic.
- High Jumps are consumable items. One High Jump lifts your orb 50 metres once (double-tap during a run). At most 5 can be used in one run. Slow motion is free for everyone (5 uses per run) and is not sold. Runs that use High Jumps compete on the Boosted leaderboard, never on the Pure skill leaderboard.
- Trade Tickets are consumable items that unlock one use of the Trade Hub's swap function. One Trade Ticket is consumed from each participant only when a trade completes. Tickets are never consumed by requests that are declined, cancelled or expire.
- Free orbs are earned by collecting Core Fragments in play. They cannot be purchased.
Orb purchases and swaps are for in-game collection only and have no cash, investment, resale, or withdrawal value.
What you are not buying
- Orbs, High Jumps and Trade Tickets have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for money or store credit, and they are not investments, securities, NFTs or financial products of any kind.
- Releasing a limited-edition orb to the market removes it from your collection. You receive nothing – no money, no credit. The edition becomes available again for another player, who buys it from the developer at the published released-edition price. You do not receive any part of that payment.
- Trading an orb with another player is a one-for-one exchange of two existing licences. No money moves between players. Players cannot set prices, run auctions, or pay each other inside or outside the game.
Prices
- Base prices are set in Australian dollars (A$4.99–A$19.99 for orbs, A$1.99–A$5.99 for High Jump packs, A$0.99 / A$3.99 for Trade Tickets). Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.
- A released (previously owned) edition always costs 50% of the original price of that design, no matter how many times it has been released.
- All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card details.
Account
- Limited-edition ownership, High Jumps and Trade Tickets are tied to your game account (Google Sign-In). They are restored automatically when you sign in on a new phone or after reinstalling.
- Each account may hold at most two limited-edition orbs at a time.
Refunds
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in these disclosures. If a purchase is faulty or not as described, contact support and you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
- Google Play's refund process applies to all purchases. If Google Play refunds a limited-edition purchase, the licence is removed from the account and, after reconciliation, the edition returns to the market. If a refunded consumable (High Jumps, Trade Tickets) has already been used, the account balance is adjusted and flagged for support.
- We do not use blanket "no refunds under any circumstances" terms.
Fairness and transparency
- Availability shown in the Vault comes directly from our server. We never show fake scarcity, fake buyers or artificial countdowns.
- Ownership history (previous keepers, distance travelled, trades) is collectible flavour only and does not imply any monetary value.
